Tapeswori VDC, Udayapur
Flood triggered by 2-days incessant rain have affected human settlements in Tapeswori VDC. The affects have been in terms of human casualties and loss of cattle, cultivated crops, arable lands and properties and loss of infrastructures.
Caritas Nepal responded with food support to the flood affected 128 households of the VDC. The food package consisted of the following food items: 50 kg rice, 5 kg pulse, 2 kg salt, 2 lt edible oil, 10 kg potatoes and 2 kg beaten rice.
